Needless to say, Maxx will never go back there again. I'd rather give my money to a Vet office that cares deeply about customer satisfaction and staff professionalism.

We used them regularly for checkups and boarding with Maxx, our Beagle hound, and never had an issue until 2 weeks ago when I picked up Maxx from boarding and didn't realize I hadn't been given his bed until we had made it home. I called the next day to make sure it was there and was told that it was. Since Maxx was to be boarded the following week, I asked them to hold onto it and we'd pick it up after his boarding. Well, I decided I would go and pick it up a couple of days earlier (because he absolutely loves that bed) only to be told that it was destroyed in the wash a couple of days ago. I was given no apologies, no attempts to make up for the loss.... and to top it all off, the worker told me it had been destroyed with a smile on her face! I have spent hundreds of dollars at this office and never thought they would be so nonchalant about something like this. I asked her why I hadn't been notified the day it had been destroyed and her response was " I don't know."
Doctor May is wonderful! We've been going here for years and both my dogs love him and all of their friendly staff!

I love this vet clinic. The doctors are able to provide education to help me to care for my pets, in addition to doing excellent treatment for chronic and acute conditions. Dr. Guy May is just the best, he will have my business for life. We also board our animals there, and feel confident that they are in good hands while we are away. The entire staff are friendly and professional. I have faith when I visit or call that I will receive appropriate and accurate information. This clinic has a good "vibe" that I trust and feel comfortable with. I highly recommend May Veterinary Northridge.
