The WORST customer service. I just moved here and tried to call and speak to a manager (they messed up my order) but they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me. I've tried calling back several times but no answer. I will NEVER use this Papa Johns again.
I had a great pizza delivered in no time, friendly delivery driver, will definitely buy from them again! Don't understand others experience, perhaps having a bad day.
Ask a vegetarian pizza and they will drop meat in it and make you eat meat. Sucks.
Food I would give a five star but customer service is horrible. Ordered a specialty pizza one time and they asked me what was on it. Seriously look at your on menu. Also could not deliver to Northwood Lake pool on union chapel road because I didn't have an address. They have never been ones to help accommodate people. This location is the only one I have problems with.
I saw only 1 meat and it was under the cheese, meaning it was dropped before cooking. This shows how carefully (!) our pizzas are made.
