Apparently my order was sitting right next to the guy as he said "Oh its right here, I don't know why they didn't take it."
Pretty consistent with fast service and great product. The only problem I've usually encountered is paying through the app- almost never works. Otherwise, this location is one of the better Domino's stores.
They deliver to our neighborhood, but it says they don't deliver when you enter our address online. We had a coupon that you had to place the order online. We called to ask what to do, and they told us just to place the order for carryout and they would switch it to delivery for us. We waited an hour and a half and then called when nothing had been delivered. My wife was hung up on twice. I called and asked to speak to the manager who rudely told us that we should have called back after we placed the order. No one told us to call back. They said they would take care of it. No one apologized to us. Finally had to cancel the order. Poor customer service. Will not be back.
We always order delivery and they seem to get better and faster all the time. The delivery people are always nice and the food is always hot.
Pizza was even luke warm and looked old.
Consistently makes awesome Domino's pizzas as ordered and on time. And I agree with all the other positive comments about this great location and its great staff.
They did not offer a free pizza or half off or anything. I shouldn't have to get an attitude to receive good damage control. Pizza took 1.5 hours and I'm only 10 minutes away.
Then I get a call 2 minutes later saying it was because I was a new customer, and my number wasn't matched up or something...They said I could have been a robber, because the phone number was different
Order said delivered but had not received food, yet I paid online.
Thing is I'm not a new customer...I go to this store like every month sometimes 2 to 3 times. I have even had pizza delivered here several times. .
I called and the guy said there was no order under my name. So I gave him the confirmation number and my order showed under my name...
