I brought my mom to med center north for a URI. She has many health issues and needs a wheelchair. The first thing that impressed me was that the young lady at the front desk got up and came out to help me get her in. She demonstrated a very caring attitude and her actions set the tone for the rest of our experience. Everyone else who helped us was professional and caring. I know that offices are not required under law to hire professionally trained staff. I think the med centers make a better effort to do so than other local clinics. As a professionally trained rad tech I appreciate that effort to provide safe, quality patient care. I know when something is being done correctly. I will not use a facility that doesn’t care enough about patients to have at least, if not professionally, well trained personnel. I applaud Med Center for doing a better job in their hiring than they have to. That shows true concern about their patients and builds trust. We are glad you are there Med Center North!
The same young lady helped us get out. Others could have and did not. I wish I had gotten her name. She is your best public relations tool!
Have always had good service here. Wait times understandably a little longer when it's packed but still not too bad. My last trip a week ago I was in and out in less than two hours and that was with a waiting room full of sick folks. The staff has always been kind and attentive. I need to get a primary care doctor and guess what...MedCenter does that now.
I have not experienced such love and compassion as was given to my grown daughter a few days ago! Carrie was an angel sent by God to help Sarah....and she did! We had excellent care from Medcenter North! So appreciated!❤️
MedCenter North staff is always exceptional! They go above and beyond both during the visit, and if further needs arrive after discharge, over the phone. Quality care with a smile-and quick service!
Best I’ve been to!!!Doctor McGee and his nurse practitioner Dimple, are truly a great team. They treat you more like friends, and will actually sit back and listen, take time to explain what’s going on. As far as the rest of the team, they are just as good in their own way fast,courteous and respectful. I’ve been there probably about 10 times and normal wait time is around 15-20 min.(I go early). As far as recommending them- I already have been.
