Very unhappy. Tried to buy a Christmas outdoor display that had a sign beside it saying 30% off outdoor Christmas displays and toted a $229 Christmas blowup up to checkout only to get told that one was not on sale. Whats up with that......
This place is awful. I have purchased $11k of flooring and have been lied to 6 times ranging from Marcus Roberts III and Sam Carter (flooring "specialists"). To Trevor and Pam in the delivery department. I have been attempting to get floor in my home for 2+ months and when I finally get it to install I'm told that my subfloor needs to be fixed after I have already brought the issue to the "specialists" attention three times and they said it was not an issue to lay over the area without work. The flooring people are no more than a bunch of liars who have no respect for customers. Do not shop here...
If I could rate the customer service department less than 1 Star, I would! After going through the self check out, I realized the price of 6 items was incorrect. I went to double check the price of the items before going to customer service for a refund. At customer service, I was told the price was correct, I said that it was not correct and asked them to physically go and look at the price of the items. I was told that I needed to redo it myself and take photos for her. I did not have my cell phone charged to do it. I asked for a manager but was refused. She then got on the phone and called someone to do it but I overheard her say that I was complaining about a few dollars and was difficult. It was not a few dollars! She had also miscalculated the difference of of the items and I had to do the math for her. She finally called someone that could actually help me. Please double check the price of your items and use an actual cashier so that you can delete the items immediately without having to use their customer service or simply use another home improvement store.
Horrendous!!! I went in to buy 2000 sqft of flooring and it has been almost 3 months now and nothing to show for it, except a contract worth $11000. I was lied to multiple time by employees at this store. The first being a verbal quote on flooring at $10000 and then when the numbers were ran the total was $170000. This was a quote by a "Specialist". Also twice I have been called advising my floor was in and would be delivered soon, only to find out that my floor had never left the vendor. Brandon Allen is the store manager and when confronted about this he said he could not extend anything over 10% off, even after 3 months of headaches, because he would lose $ and look bad to corporate. He insinuated that his reputation is worth more than a customers experience. Fortunately for Allen his reputation is under fire via a corporate incident report. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT shop here!!!! I suggest you drive a few more minutes and shop at Home Depot or the Lowes in Tuscaloosa.
Marc in flooring was a huge help. Very knowledgeable of products & answered all my questions. Also has excellent customer service.
