This place only gets 3 stars from me. The loads pay really good but it takes forever to get loaded. The staff doesn't take your time serious. They spend entirely too much time socializing about personal agendas, or any and everything except getting the steel loaded and getting the trucks underway.
This is the worst place I ever worked for, if your a black male I warn you to stay away from this plant. The supervisors and superintendents at this place are so racist, I seen a white supervisor slap a black worker. the guy reported the incident and Human Resources asked the guy did he call in a few days before that as if that was his punishment for calling in.
