Was good but I went for Verizon Wireless prepay card and they could not get card to load
The Main reason I so enjoyed the opening of this store was the 24-7a availability at a nearby, Safe place to shop whenever I needed to. I work 3-11p & have shopped almost exclusively here since the opening due to my frequently long hours. Now I guess I will shop here as rarely as I do all the other local groceries- almost never. I came by at 0330 & discovered not only NO clear notice of the hour changes, but visible employees simply ran off from the register they were standing at without so much as an effort to let me know Why the doors were not opening. Thanks a lot, Walmart Neighborhood Market- you are now Just as useless as the others for meeting the needs of your customers that work the OTHER 2 shifts...
One star because the store is clean and and one star because the employee checking me out was a sweetheart. Idk why she was a sweetheart considering she was the ONLY register open. The line was absolutely ridiculous. If I hadn't put over an hour into the shopping trip then I would have left my full buggy sitting there for them to restock. I also found out they were about to close and I thought they were 24 hour. Management issues apparently. Management issues begin at the very top of the chain. Get your act together Bentonville.
Always a great experience...awesome employees and prices; definitely not as chaotic as the "big" Walmart!!
