Mail lady never gives us our packages
This Post Office is probably the worst Post Office in Northport much less Tuscaloosa County. It seems like every other month when I have a package sent to me they find a way to screw it up. It could be anything from losing a package, lying as to where my package is, extremely rude and incompetent clerks that interrogate you when you're picking up a package, to drivers knocking over my mailbox (which they only claimed responsibility for after one of their drivers went out of their way to make a big deal about it to their supervisor).
Look, I get it, you work at the Post Office (God help you). You probably wish you could be anywhere else but there, and you probably listen to people whine and complain about things that are out of control. But that doesn't give you an excuse to treat your customers like absolute garbage. The same ones that are keeping the USPS as a whole on life support, might I add.
Clerk has friendliness of a robot. Parking is cramped.
I don't know who the carries are in Huntington place in northport but people are getting my mail and I get other people's mail. There is no excuse for this when you have large numbers on your mailbox post.seems like they don't care just hurry and get done. That makes you look good at the post office. If this keeps happening I guess l will have to have a talk with the post master.this needs to stop.
The supervisor Jimmy is the most helpful guy and this is the best usps I’ve ever been to, thank you very much mr. Jimmy!
Either way, if you're looking to do whatever business through USPS please steer clear of this absolute joke of a Post Office if you can and if you value your sanity (and blood pressure).
