Horrible People!!
These people are hard to deal with. Nothing is their problem and they are unwilling to help. They need some accountability!!! This is our tax dollars at work.

I have been paying my water bill IN PERSON and on time since I have lived in Northport. So you can imagine my shock when I go to pay my bill and find out my water was turned off and they say they have not received a payment for the last two months. On top of that, the woman told me that if I can't find the receipts, there is nothing she can do for me. And she ended the conversation by saying "We make mistakes everyday". What does that even mean?
Not very helpful or friendly. Dealing with Comcast is more pleasant.
