Very prompt service, however the promptness comes at a high price. Came first thing in the morning and fixed what they thought was the problem. $80 diagnostic and then $120 to clean the flame sensor. $120 is really high for that, but the service had already been performed before I was informed of it, so had to pay.
Russ and Ben were very professional, highly experienced in their field. They both worked diligent to complete the installation and relocation of our new thermostat. Russ has done previous work in our home . I highly recommend Jolly Heating and Air Condition to take care of any needs or problems you may have with your heating or cooling unit.
Jolly was fantastic to work with. Great service when setting the appointment up, fast and efficient. Our technician Russell was awesome - so friendly and really takes pride in his work. Fixed the problem with our air conditioning, stayed with us for a few minutes to ensure everything was working properly, and was great company... shared some of his favorite fishing spots with us since we're new to the area. We'll definitely use Jolly in the future.
Great service, but at an astronomical price.
While in the process of selling my home, a technician came out to inspect my fully functioning unit. After leaving, my unit was no longer pushing air through the house and there was a pungent burning smell. I contacted Jolly, but no assistance was offered without a $150 service call charge plus the cost of parts, which he said would run around $2,500. He then quickly solicited me to instead consider buying a new unit from them instead of paying the $2,500 to repair the unit.
The next day I had a technician from another HVAC company come to look at the unit and they said the report Jolly had written was nearly entirely false, and the reason the unit was no longer working was because the technician from Jolly did not reconnect the blower wheel.
Not only might this affect the sale of my home, but my wife and 18 month old daughter were forced to stay somewhere else because they had no heat in the middle of December.
Left, had an issue 2 hours later. Came back quickly, which was nice, but found that the circuit board was bad on the furnace. Had to replace. Very high price that I was able to negotiate down a little bit, but now my heat works.
The positive comment is that the technician came within a day of my call. He was able to get my heat working in under ten minutes by cleaning out a nest of dead wasps. The negative was the cost. It was just under $200 for ten minutes of time. No parts were replaced. And this was not on a weekend.
