They are incompetent, hurt you, and have no idea what your injury may allow or not allow you to do. They seemingly give out standard exercises for any injury and will walk away once you have been given something to do rather than monitor you and make adjustments. They are ill equipped to deal with any injury and charge too much money for something that I could go at home by myself. Waste of money, waste of space, they should be ashamed.
