I called to make sure he had my reservation (12 foot truck). He said he had it ready to go. When i got there, he told me all he had was a 16 foot truck that looked like it was about to break down. Thankfully, i made my 1300 mile trip. I will not do business with this location again.

Second time I've used this location and both experiences the same representative had an attitude and came off as unapproachable. I will go out of my way to not use them again.
