I work here in Northport and every single time I've came to this taco bell they are always out of something, it never fails. They either don't have lettuce, hot sauce, chicken meat, the special they offer, lemonade, tea, mt. Dew, straws, I mean like whoever is in charge of ordering basic stuff needs to be replaced. Its ridiculous!
Like so many others have stated, this Taco Bell seems unable to adequately manage their inventory. Common items are regularly unavailable. The lunch shift folks are nice, and I've never had to take anything back. After lunch... Hang it up. And definitely don't go after midnight. We went around 1230 am and never got anyone on the drive thru speaker... Saw one lady duck behind a counter like we couldn't see her. If you want good tacos... Go to Taco Casa. If you're hungry after midnight, go to McDonald's.
This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. Period. Every time I go they are out of something. Whether it be beef, grilled items, etc. And if they aren't out of any food they've closed early! The are never open as late as what their hours say on the door. The employees are very rude and rush me every time I try to order. I will NOT be going back to this Taco Bell ever again. I have given them multiple chances but it's the same thing every time we go. If I could rate it negative stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever had!
Really enjoyed the chicken griller habanero and pineapple.
I think it's pretty crappy when you order 6 burritos with no onions. And you get 1 with no onions and the rest packed full of onions even after pulling to the window and asking if they heard all of them needed no onions. Takes 5 minutes to get your food thinking oh it's taking long cause they are getting it right. But no they didn't get it right. How hard is it to not put something on a burrito I'm asking you to do less work. And you go out of your way to be crappy and add something I asked you not.
