Really nice and helpful replaced my carpet today and tomorrow they will be back to move what furniture is needed.Since I have alot of furniture and live in a apartment...It looks good & feels better.
Great company. The sales associates were very personable. The installer told me it would take 1 week and he was finished in 3.5 days. All around great experience these guys. They will be the first ones i contact with other flooring needs next time and I have dealt with others in Tuscaloosa/Northport area.
Slow and unprofessional. Stay away.
The folks at Wheats are very courteous and professional. We had them do our entire main floor in LVT and the coordinator and installers did a great job and worked around my schedule. We are going to have them back to do some carpeting in our loft/guest room. :)

UPDATE: I noticed that the company left a note for me to contact them. Well, I did do that BEFORE writing this review. They couldn't have cared less. I talked to the manager and the owner. And they didn't care and were even hostile when I expressed concern regarding the ridiculously slow pace of the project that I had paid them to do for me. So, no, I won't waste any more time calling them. I do want other customers to be warned -- STAY AWAY from this company.
I got a quote for all my floors on a house I'm building from Sophia. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got a really good deal that I thought was fair. They have installed most of floors already and most of tiled shower. looks great. The LVP is really good looking and happy I'm went with it. Call Sophia immediately
