HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIANCE I have ever had at an Autozone, and because of the way I was treated I will always come there to see Mr. Brandon Jones for help. Thank you I was completely satitfied .
I told him my check engine came on and he came out and ran codes. Then I had a concern on that I may have a oil leak he got under my truck looked and he advises me to get it checked out soon, and then he directs me to a few item and suggest one strongly to help with that leak till then, after getting some oil he gladly went out and assisted with helping me put the oil in and and gladly answered any questionds and concerns I may have had.
So its late around 8:30pm and I had just gotten my tuck back from a family member and my check engine light come on so I go in and was asked by a young man by the name of Brandon Jones if he could help me.
This AutoZone is the bomb! The employees always greet you when you come through the door, and they are always willing to help. I don't know what I would do without these guys.
Great customer service. Always friendly and willing to help you in any way they can. Very clean store. You can tell that the staff take pride in their job and store.
My experience with this store has been nothing but helpful. The employees do their best to help find what you need. My first stop shop. If they don't have it they can get it or direct you to the place that does. Good group of folks.
