Love this place! Every time I go I am greeted by a wonderful receptionist. My work schedule is never the same, yet they can always accommodate me. Tina is very flexible and will even come in early and stay late for my appointment. I have been going to Gloss salon for over 3 years and I love the girls who work there!
So easy to get an appointment! My girls Love getting their time in the chair. We've used Haley and Tina for years. Excellent w/cuts, color, event hair and makeup. Clean, beautiful environment--the recent renovations are Fabulous! Family atmosphere with sweet people throughout. I'd recommend to anyone (and have).
I’ve been using Haley Shaw for my hair for a long time. She’s wonderful at getting just the right color that I’m looking for!! Love the highlights/lowlights that she suggests! Plus Super sweet staff! And Courtney Sheffield is a fabulous with massages!
I called at 5 pm needing a quick trim & right from the start I was treated with kindness! After a long day it was as if I was the first customer with no hesitation. I knew I had found the right place. This was 3 years ago & still the same treatment & I gained a friendship! Haley keeps my color point on. The revamp to the salon looks great with added amenities. Tina is passionate about her customers & staff. She thrives on satisfaction & pampered experience. Very refreshing!
Tina is absolutely amazing with lashes and skincare! Her salon and spa is glamorous and the staff is so friendly. I relocated to the area from Seattle and am so grateful I found her. Tracey is exceptional as well. She does the best fill-in, manicure and pedicure in Tuscaloosa. I promise you can’t go wrong going to Tina and Tracey at Gloss.
